Other Things to Note:
▶ To avoid insects and mold, please keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving them open while the AC is on could result in a fee of up to $500. For your comfort, we recommend setting the AC between 72–83°F.

▶ This apartment is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers final cleaning after your checkout.

▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.

▶ We are happy to accommodate small to medium-sized pets (20–80 lbs, 15–40 inches tall). This guideline helps us maintain cleanliness and protect the condition of the property. A non-refundable pet fee of $125 per pet per stay applies only if noted at booking. If not, we’ll request the fee manually. Pets outside the size range or undeclared may incur a $250 fine.

▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining nights of your stay.

▶ Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the apartment and in any areas connected to it, including the balcony, entryway, windows, shared hallways, or any part of the building’s premises that may affect other residents or guests.
If there is any evidence of smoking, a $250 penalty will apply, and your reservation will be terminated immediately without a refund for any unused nights.

▶ Check-in is at/after 4:00 pm, and check-out is no later than 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability; late check-out without prior approval will incur a fee of $100 per hour after 11:00 am.

▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not restock supplies during your stay, so plan accordingly.

▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the apartment is not permitted. Violation may result in a $250 penalty.

▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Use the bins provided instead. Any clogging or septic damage resulting from misuse may result in charges for damages.

▶ Our property is professionally cleaned and treated regularly for pests. However, due to the local climate, occasional insects may appear. Please notify us immediately if any issues arise, and we will address them swiftly.
