Our unit is a great option for guests looking for a spacious and well-appointed accommodation with plenty of amenities and a convenient location on the beach. It comes with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and cookware, and serving utensils, a large open living room and dining area, a private balcony with stunning views of the ocean and city skyline, Wi-Fi and Cable TV included.

The 1st bedroom offers 1 king size bed, 1 full sofa bed and an ensuite bath. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The 3rd bedroom has 1 bunk bed (2 twin size beds). The living room has 1 full sofa bed.

Our amenities include: - two heated pools, one for families and children and one designated for adults only - two hot tubs - brand new upper-level poolside cabanas - Tiki Bar with comfort food in the pool and beach area - direct beach access (lounges on beach and water sports additional fees apply) - concierge - bellhop - complimentary Wi-Fi - gift shop - onsite coffee shop - onsite restaurant - sauna.

Guest have access to all common areas:
- Beach: direct access from a lower level pool
- Pool: pool chairs, pool/beach towels and umbrellas
- Lobby/Front Desk open 24/7 - Concierge Desk
- Pool Bar: Open 7 Days, 11 am until 8 pm
- Gift Shop/Mini Mart: Open Tuesday through Saturday 9 am until 5 pm
- Pool Office - Towels, etc.: Located in Cabana 101 and is open from 6 am until 9 pm
- The two Jacuzzi`s at the Lower Pool are open and operating.

The location of The Alexander Resort is also convenient for exploring Miami Beach. It is situated in the Mid-Beach area, which is known for its quieter atmosphere and easy access to the boardwalk. It is also just a short drive from the popular South Beach neighborhood, as well as other attractions like the Miami Beach Convention Center and Lincoln Road Mall. Uber, Lyft, rental cars and cabs. Miami Beach, gold courses, night life entertainment are minutes away. Miami airport - 20 minutes ride Port of Miami - 15 minutes ride Brickell, Downtown - 15 minutes ride.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A $250 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT AND A DAILY $40 PER APARTMENT RESORT FEE PAID AT THE FRONT DESK UPON ARRIVAL.

A 4% card fee will apply in the event of a cancellation that results in a refund.

Minimum age to book and stay in the unit is 21 years old, applies to groups of young travelers.

Washers and dryers are shared and located on the same floor as the unit. Beach and pool towels are complimentary and claimed by the pool area. Complimentary: 2 beach chairs and 2 beach towels at the beach Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).

Valet parking is paid upon arrival on the premises:
