- A mandatory daily Amenity Fee (Resort Fee) is required. This fee is charged per day (not per person) and needs to be paid 4 hours prior to the check-in. The daily amenity fee includes in-room Wi-Fi, access to daily yoga and fitness classes in our two-story world-class fitness complex, exclusive entry to our South Beach beach club.



- Valet Parking is available for $75 + taxes per night for sedans, minivans, and pickup trucks that do not exceed 7 feet in height. For guests or day parking, valet is available for $25 + tax. The valet garage is equipped for electric vehicles, with a limited number of charging stations available on a first-come, first-served basis.



- A signed rental agreement is required to confirm your stay. This will be sent after your booking is confirmed.
