The Space:

The open-concept living room with a gorgeous view of the pool is the perfect place to hang out as a large group. Sit back on the large comfortable couches and enjoy easy access to your favorite streaming networks on the flat-screen smart TV. Make some popcorn if you feel like having an epic movie night during your stay. This area also has a pool table and a large collection of fun board games to keep you busy during your stay.





BEDROOMS



Bedroom 1 features a king-size bed, a wooden closet, a pool view, and a Smart TV.



Bedroom 2 has a two comfy queen-sized beds and a closet to unpack your belongings, as well as a Smart TV.



Bedroom 3 is also furnished with two queen-sized beds, a closet to unpack your belongings and a Smart TV.



Bedroom 4 has two bunk beds with four twin sized beds and a closet.



Bedroom 5 has two queen sized beds with the option to close a curtain between the beds. There are two ensuite bathrooms on either side of the curtain.



Additional Sleeping Areas:



There is a loft space above Bedroom 5 that has a floor mattress queen sized bed, in addition, there is a sleeper sofa and sectional in the living room.





BATHROOMS



Each of the home's four full bathrooms boasts luxurious showers, plush towels, and a complimentary starter supply of toiletries, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.



Bathroom 1 is an ensuite bathroom and has dual sinks, and a large walk in shower.



Bathroom 2 features a spacious vanity and a large walk-in shower.



Bathroom 3 is conveniently located near one of the other bedrooms.



Bathroom 4 is an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.





KITCHEN



The kitchen has been recently upgraded and is fully equipped with all the essentials you'll need to cook for a large group of family or friends. You'll find gorgeous marble countertops, and all the cookware, utensils, and dinnerware you need to feel right at home. There is an outdoor dining table as well as four dining chairs by the kitchen island.





OUTDOOR SPACE



It's easy to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine during your stay thanks to the spacious outdoor areas. The private backyard boasts a sparkling pool, fun inflatable toys, sun loungers, and a large cooler to keep your beverages cold. There's also a cozy fire pit, a gas grill, and beautiful lush garden along the perimeter. The backyard is fenced and lined with dense vegetation to give your group the utmost privacy throughout your stay. Enjoy our cozy outdoor space featuring hanging egg chairs, perfect for lounging with a book or sipping your morning coffee. These unique chairs add a touch of elegance and comfort, making your stay even more enjoyable



Please note that heating the pool incurs a fee of $300 per stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to your arrival.



To use the projector in the backyard, there is a $500 refundable deposit. The deposit will be returned if the projector is returned in the same condition it was received. Please note, the projector must be requested 48 hours prior to your arrival.



We welcome your furry friends at a fee of $250 per stay. Please message us requesting a pet fee when you book.



Pool Service:

The pool is skimmed prior to the guest's arrival and gets professionally serviced on Thursdays.



Landscaping Services:

To ensure the garden, lawn, and surroundings are well-kept, the lawn maintenance is done every other Thursday.



Free parking is available in the front swale of the property for up to 6 vehicles. No on street parking is permitted.



We also offer discounted rates for our guests on Exotic Car Rentals and Yacht Charters.



Same day reservation require $500 refundable deposit.



Please respect the neighbors and make sure there is no noise outside after 10:00 p.m. We want you to enjoy your stay but do not allow parties or events. There is also no smoking inside the house. There are fines up to $750 for violating house rules.



Guest Access:

Guest will have access to entire property.

Uber is your best option.
