★☆ HOUSE RULES ☆★

NO smoking
There is a $500 fee for smoking in the premises.
No illegal drugs or marijuana are permitted anywhere on the property. Any violation will result in additional cleaning fees and possible removal without refund NO events, parties, or large gatherings as per the cities’ rules and regulations.
NO loud music and quiet hours between 11PM - 7AM, enforced by the City of Cutler Bay.
PLEASE park in designated parking areas and do not block the side walk/and or street.
NO feeding of ducks in the area.
PLUMBING: Only toilet paper may be flushed. Flushing wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or any other materials is strictly prohibited. Guests will be responsible for plumbing costs resulting from improper use.

Please keep doors closed to keep bugs out of the house.
There's a $250 fee of jacuzzi reset, if the jacuzzi is left green/brown, uncovered, drained out of water, or clogged.
NO pets allowed inside the jacuzzi.

Please report any damages that occur during stay.
Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time.
These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might still apply.
Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.
