1 Star – Unacceptable Experience
Our flight arrived at 8 PM Thursday. I shared my arrival details in advance and was told to give a 30-minute heads up since check-in requires the host to be present. I did. I arrived at 8:36 PM, checked in with the front desk, completed the form, and showed my ID. The key was ready, but they couldn’t release it until the host arrived. So we waited. Over an hour. I was traveling with my 7-year-old daughter, who was hungry and exhausted. I ordered food to the lobby, but she couldn’t eat there. The host finally arrived at 9:45 PM with no apology—just checked my ID and walked us to the room. The unit was not clean: Dust on kitchen appliances, Hair in the shower and on toiletries, Toilet seat clearly used and not cleaned, Sink drained very slowly, Shower never got hotter than lukewarm. The bathroom alone made this a 1-star stay. When I raised concerns, they offered late checkout, which I had already said I couldn’t use due to an early flight. Later mentioned a possible partial refund. The morning of checkout, they offered to waive a $50 late checkout fee—again ignoring my early departure. A friend stayed in the same building and had a great experience, so this reflects the host/unit, not the building. I have photos documenting everything. I would not recommend.
