• Self-Check-In: We’ve made things easy with self-check-in starting at 4 PM and check-out by 11 AM. If you’re hoping for an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know! If it’s available, we’d be happy to arrange it for a small fee!

• House Rules: To keep things comfy for everyone, please avoid unregistered guests, pets, loud parties, indoor smoking, or illegal substances. Extra guests or pets? Just message us for details on any additional fees.

•⁠ ⁠Host and Maintenance Availability: We are available to assist with maintenance requests from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. From 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM, we will only be able to respond to urgent emergencies. Please consider that issues such as Wi-Fi, TV, or other minor fixes are not considered emergencies. Feel free to reach out at any time. Thank you for your understanding regarding our response hours.

• Security: For your peace of mind, there are in-building cameras running 24/7.

• Quiet Hours: Let’s keep the vibe relaxed between 9 PM and 9 AM, so everyone and the next door neighbors can enjoy a good night’s sleep.

• Damages & Cleaning: Accidents happen! If any damage occurs or extra cleaning is needed, there might be some charges. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

• Cleaning Services: We don’t offer complimentary cleaning, but we can arrange it for a fee if you’d like. Just let us know in advance too book cleaning schedules smoothly!

We provide filtered water, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a well-maintained A/C system to keep you cool and comfortable. Our unit has multiple A/C units, which we maintain regularly. To help keep the A/C running smoothly, please remember to close doors behind you. If any issues arise, just let us know as soon as possible so we can address them quickly.

Climate & Bugs:

Miami’s tropical weather is amazing, but it brings warm temperatures and some lively wildlife. We treat the property regularly to keep it pest-free, and we’d appreciate your help in disposing of trash regularly.
