Just one block from the beach, this 4-bedroom oasis was designed for groups seeking space, style, and privacy. Soaring 24â ceilings flood the space with natural light, creating an airy, inviting atmosphere surrounded by lush greenery. Take in the view from your own private heated rooftop infinity pool, or step out to world-class dining, shopping, and nightlife.
The Space:
PRIVATE ROOFTOP POOL: The private rooftop pool is exclusively for you and your guests, no one else has access! The pool is heated, and is cleaned every Tuesday and Saturday by Jorge. The cleaning cannot be rescheduled.
PARKING: We recommend guests park at 200 7th St Miami Beach, which is just 1.5 blocks away. The garage is gated and covered, and costs $2/hour or $20 per day.
LOCATION: This one-of-a-king penthouse is just 1 block from the beach, and has countless bars, restaurants, and shops at your doorstep! Enjoy your private oasis in the heart of South Beach.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available if guests aren't departing and arriving on the same day. Please inquire at the time of booking.
LUGGAGE STORAGE: We recommend guests arriving early or departing late use 24 Hour Luggage Storage, located 1.5 blocks away at 236 9th St Miami Beach. They charge $6 per bag per day.
