Guest access

Enjoy exclusive access to the entire guest house and outdoor seating area. We kindly ask that guests treat the space with respect and care. If anything breaks, feel free to replace it or leave funds to cover it. Also, kind consideration goes towards daily use of previous tenant and variances in description. If items needed you must request prior to check in. Check in descriptions for directions are provided day off including parking spot instructions. No refunds once reservations are made. Smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes and vapes) is strictly prohibited inside the guest house or on the patio. A $300 deep-cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
• No Shoes Indoors
Please remove shoes upon entering the home. This helps us keep the space clean and comfortable for all guests.
• Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect our neighbors and community.
• No Parties or Events
This space is intended for quiet, respectful stays. No loud music, large gatherings, or parties are allowed.
• Damages & Repairs
If anything is damaged during your stay, please let us know immediately.
• If something breaks, you may either replace it with a similar item or leave funds for replacement.
• For minor wear-and-tear, no worries—but for neglectful damage or missing items, guests may be charged accordingly.
