We won`t meet in person to exchange keys, but full instructions will be given the day before check in.

This is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood situated in Coconut Grove. Restaurants, bars, groceries and shopping centers are all within 5 mins drive, some are even walking distance! Great private backyard, 2 parking spaces in front of the property. It would not be rare to see peacock walking the streets.

The neighborhood’s distinct bohemian flair allows one to unwind and relax every day of the week and any time of the year.

Uber is preferred, but since Coconut grove is reshaping into a more walkable place, you can also rent citi bikes or scooters.
Make sure you download the freebee app so you can get free rides on a golf-cart. The Metrorail is also walking distance.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In the event of a cancellation, the credit card processing fee is non-refundable and will be automatically deducted from your refund amount.
Quiet hours start at 11pm
Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind in the unit or in the hotel. You will be charged a fee of $500 if the smoke smell is discovered.
Absolutely NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS in the unit. What constitutes to a party is anything over the amount of guest you booked in your reservation.
Loss of Parking Fob is $150
Loss of Laundry Key is $25

Pets are not allowed.

For stays longer than 2 weeks, a mid-stay cleaning is required. The cost varies by unit size and helps keep your space fresh and comfortable throughout your stay.
If you choose to skip the mid-stay cleaning, please note that an extra cleaning fee may be added at checkout if the unit is not well-maintained.
