The Space:

As you step inside, you’re greeted by a spacious living area that opens up right from the entrance. This inviting zone offers plenty of room for relaxing family evenings — whether over a cup of hot tea or a glass of Chardonnay with Swiss cheese, while enjoying your favorite TV shows on the Smart Roku TV.

Five pull-out sofa beds provide flexibility for extra guests who decide to stay overnight in comfort and peace. (Host provides extra bedding.)

To the right of the living area, two cozy private bedrooms await — one is the master bedroom offering comfort and privacy, and the other is a guest bedroom designed for restful nights.







🍽️ Dining Area & Kitchen

Beyond the living room, you’ll find an open-concept dining area featuring a large 12-person table — perfect for family gatherings or special dinners. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to feel like a chef, from morning coffee to festive holiday desserts.



Guest Access:

Our valued guests will enjoy complete access to the entire house, including convenient amenities such as laundry facilities, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, WiFi, and TVs for their entertainment. Embrace the outdoors with a patio table adorned with recliners, an umbrella, and beach chairs, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. For culinary enthusiasts, a BBQ grill is at your disposal. Rest assured, free parking is available for up to four cars, and the convenience of a washer and dryer is provided. We understand the importance of a seamless check-in process and strive to accommodate your schedule whenever possible. Experience the ease and security of our keyless entrance system, as we will provide you with a unique code to access the house upon check-in.



Other Things to Note:

When you arrive make sure to let us know that you are inside the house, and everything is great.



*Please do not bring more people to the house than stated in the reservation.



Please only park no more then 4 cars.



For your convenience, we do provide the following at the time of your check-in:



- Bedding and towels

- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, toilet paper, wash clothes, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent. (no laundry detergent)



Please be considerate to neighbors and lower noise under 75 decibels after 9PM



If any city authorities come by the property, please immediately call us. You will be asked to vacate a property If the police are called for breaking the rules.





* If something breaks down or doesn't work during your stay, maintenance comes to the unit and fixes it within 24 hours.



If you are staying with us on the days of garbage removal, please roll the garbage container at the front as provided on the instruction. Thank you!



We understand that your plans might change, requiring a late check-out or even an extension of your stay. Please be advised that the late check-out is subject to availability, and provided with a fee of $100 until 12 PM or $130 until 2 PM checkout. Let us know by 10PM day prior to departure.



Dear guest, please make sure you are responsible for all parcels you ordering before during and after your stay (in case any shipping delay), host is not responsible for storage or shipment.
