Luxury Condo in the heart of Doral, a friendly and safe community. located across from DownTown park Doral, a 3-acre park to enjoy. In the surroundings delicious restaurants, night bars and everything you need to make your stay in Miami unique. It has 2 rooms with King Size beds, 1 single sofa bed and a queen sofa bed, two full bathrooms, equipped kitchen and everything you need to create the best family memories!

The rooms have a full bathroom and a King Size bed in the common areas there is a double sofa bed and a single one. We think of our guests so they can relax and have a real rest after a busy day in Miami or its surroundings. The kitchen is fully equipped, with stainless steel appliances. Each bedroom has a 43-inch TV and the living room as well.

The condominium has amenities such as gym, social room, swimming pool and wet areas, the latter are under repair, we will announce when they are repaired. For now we can use the swimming pool in the adjoining building, prior reservation at the front desk.

By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following house rules.
To ensure an exceptional experience for all guests and staff, please read and follow the following house rules.
#1: The person whose name appears on the reservation must be the person checking in and must be 21 years of age or older.
# 2: respect your neighbor
While we encourage all guests to enjoy their stay, we ask that you be courteous and respectful to all neighbors and staff.
# 3: Check-out is at 11 a.m.
Our next guests will arrive at 3pm and we need enough time to prepare the space for them. Our dedicated cleaning crews start cleaning at 11am. Late check-out carries a surcharge.
# 4: lights and air conditioning
To conserve as much electricity as possible, raise the air conditioner temperature to 75 degrees and turn off all lights every time you leave the unit, even at checkout.
# 5: Anything you wear, please return it
Everything in the apartment is yours to use, we only ask that if you use or move something, please return it where you found it.
# 6: no parties or events allowed
Any unruly behavior or serious complaints will result in you being asked to leave.
# 7: Do not eat or drink in the bedrooms
Eating or drinking in bed can lead to accidental spills and additional cleaning fees.
# 8: no smoking
We are a smoke free building. Smoking is not allowed inside the units, on the balconies, in the common areas or in the amenities. Please respect this rule. Please note that if smoking is anywhere, an additional $ 300 cleaning fee will apply.
# 9: accidental breakage or damage
Please let us know if something breaks so we can make sure it is replaced for our next guests. We will try to fix it, but if it can't be fixed we will ask for your help to cover the replacement.
# 10: access to amenities
On the 2nd floor, you can enjoy the gym (you enter with the fob at any time) and social room, coworking, meeting room, which you can access by reserving a time at the reception. We provide pool towels inside the apartment for your comfort. If you take your towel to the pool, be sure to bring it back. Oh, and please no alcohol or glass containers in the pool.

Please do not allow garbage to accumulate, remove all garbage from your unit.
Trash chutes are located on each floor at the end of the hall.
# 12: Lost Key, Keychain, Parking Tag
Be sure to return all key fobs, parking stickers, and key cards that were issued to you at check-in. In case you have lost any of the items, the cost of replacements is as follows:
Key card: $ 100
Fob: $ 100
Parking sticker: $ 100
