Grand Villa resort B: a freshly remodeled 2BR retreat in Miami`s quiet Westchester neighborhood. Sleep up to 6 on plush beds, unwind in sleek walk-in showers, stream on the 55` smart TV, and cook in the open kitchen with stainless Samsung appliances. Enjoy blazing 500 Mbps WiFi, central A/C, room-darkening shades, washer/dryer, and a private entrance. Outside: heated year-round pool, hammock, BBQ, ping-pong, balcony, and alfresco dining. This is a unit that shares the patio and pool area with other guests staying on the property in the other unit.

You will have access to your whole Villa and the shared back area of the patio and pool.

The Laundry, Pool, and Backyard is shared between the guests of Gran Villa Miami A and B. If you would like to have the entire backyard privately, then please reserve Gran Villa Paradise AB.
1. Only guests on the reservation are allowed on premises.
2. Due to Miami Dade County ordinance, loud music is not allowed at all times.
3. Quiet hours 10 PM TO 7 AM
4. There are not parties allowed on premises
5. Pool patio area is shared with other guests staying in the other unit.
6. Covered Patio area is for the other guests staying in the back unit only
