Good location. Quiet complex. Some minor inconveniences. Inside of the shower the linger had some mold/mildew on it. There were multiple plug ins that I had to unplug them all as they were overpowering. The curtains in the bedroom were not sufficient to block out light and there was a light right outside. There wasn’t enough seating to comfortably watch anything on the tv and It was at an awkward angle. Only one tv in the rental. No instructions for checkout. Paint for parking spaces was worn off the curb.

Great for families

The kitchen had everything you need. Laundry and supplies are a plus. Townhouse ad described. Bed in master was comfortable. Suggestions but not deal breakers: tv in the bedrooms. The living room tv moved to the wall by the dining room table to allow viewing from all areas and expanding the space where people can sit. Overall easy access to everything in town and both national parks.

Nice stopping point on way to Keys

It was great stopping point for us as it's about half way to Key West. Condo is sizeable and coffee bar is nice. Sitting area could be much better arranged and beds were like sleeping on concrete.

Only 2 things of suggestion on this property. First a taller mattress or box spring because as a 6 foot guy you constantly keep hitting the wood frame because the mattress is thinner. The second thing is exterior back was super overgrown weeds. This is an active community and can be a little noisy late but this isn't something the owner can help. Arlet was super helpful even when the app wasn't working correctly. I would stay again if ever back down in that direction.

The host for this property was wonderful, and we had high hopes. There is literally no seating in the living room, except for a couch made for children. There were so many air fresheners all over the house that I had an asthma attack, and had to remove them all and air the house out. The carpeting was old, worn, smelly and dirty and there was so much dirt on top of the refrigerator. You could tell that it was not clean very well. As I mentioned The host was wonderful a little more of investment needs to be made to update the property and get comfortable furniture in the living room area for guests. The place desperately needs to be deep cleaned.

Very Clean and Safe Environment

Very close to roads that lead to the Keys and Everglades. The townhouse was neat and clean and we had no issues with the place. Only had one issue before arrival, I'm one who doesn't live on my phone and did not receive the passcode to the door 3 days prior to check-in as informed by VRBO, instead I had to contact the owner who sent it to me 24hrs prior to check-in.

Place is very clean and host communicates very good!

We enjoyed our stay near the Everglades. House is very clean and has everything you need. Could use a few more towels and a couple extra blankets so keep that in mind. Great location to Everglades and close enough to go to Keys or Miami. We did have issue with ants and other bugs in kitchen and spare bedroom that were especially bad 1 day out of our 4 night stay. Lysol wipes seemed to keep them away after we wiped down counters good. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Very disappointing

I stayed at quite a few Hotels and rental properties but this was the most disappointing house ever. I was willing to look over a half dead cockroach in the living room which was our first sight upon walking in. It is South Florida after all. But ants in the bed is a big no for me! I stayed in the front BR and upon getting comfortable found 3 ants crawling around, one on my pillow right beside me. I contacted her and all I really got was a "sorry, but there shouldnt be any ants". No offer to maybe come by the next day to spray . It seemed she couldn't care less. Reading through other comments it seems there were issues in the past. Anyways, I was on edge and at 4 a.m I turned the light on and sure enough there were 2 more ants crawling beside me. Also if you like a dark BR don't book it. There is a streetlight right in front of the window and no black out curtains. It is VERY bright in this room at night. The back BR also has just flimsy broken blinds. Overall you can tell it is a bare minimum property with very cheap and not really comfortable furniture. Also, the upstairs is all carpet and I could tell it was not vacuumed and looked overall not really nice. We actually decided to leave this place after this one night, I booked for two, so I lost money. Unfortunately I can absolutely not recommend this place. It's way overpriced IMO. The surrounding neighborhood looked also not nice to us. The only good thing I can say is she responded always pretty quick and my mattress and pillows weren't too bad. But her nonchalant response to a obvious bug problem is a simple no go for me. We live in North Florida and don't have any bugs in our house. Very disappointing experience and waste of money!

Everglades stay

Perfect stop to stay for our stop before heading down to the Keys while making a stop at the Everglades. We needed 2 bedrooms and wanted 2 bathrooms and this almost had that. It was slightly weird as the bedrooms connect via the bathroom and I could not tell that from the pictures. No washcloths so if you're staying make sure to being your own. There was hand soap and bar soap but will need shampoo as well. Overall nice spot and stay.
