You will be provided the standard building rules and regulations ahead of your check-in date, which must be acknowledged and signed prior to your arrival as well as all guests information. Upon entering the building for the first time, you will need to provide the concierge with a photo ID and pay the $50 one-time n on refundable resort fee at the time of check-in. This fee is per person or per couple (minors excluded). Once checked in, you can make your way up to your freshly cleaned gorgeous unit awaiting you!
Detailed check-in instructions will be provided to you 48 hours before your arrival.
During your stay, you will be provided with a keyfor the front door, a key card to access the building as well as the elevator and amenities and, if needed, a key card to access the assigned parking space in the private garage. Lost or damaged key cards may be subject to a $50 replacement fee per card.
Arriving early or late check out? Not a problem! If we aren't able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out the front desk will be able to hold your luggage while you explore the neighborhood for a $25 dollar fee. Please advise that only for 24 hrs.

-Please remember this is a non-smoking residence and home please don't smoke.
