This modern, smart residence on Biscayne Boulevard is within walking distance of Downtown Miamiâs hottest attractions. Just 5 minutes from the Kaseya Center, Bayside Marketplace, vibrant bars, fine dining, and endless entertainment, youâre perfectly positioned to enjoy all the city has to offer.
This condo of 1135 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and resort-like amenities, is spacious, stylish, and well equipped for a couples getaway or a friends and family trip.
The main living space is professionally designed to be tasteful and comfortable for your stay. The kitchen has everything you need including top-of-the-line appliances such as a glass top stove, oven, toaster, a Nespresso coffeemaker, cooking pots, and utensils followed by the dining area with a table for 6 people and access to the balcony with panoramic views of Biscayne Bay where you can sit back and enjoy amazing sunsets!!!
The living room has a comfortable full-size sofa bed along with a Smart TV
The master bedroom includes 1 king-size bed, 1 full bath, a small closet, and direct access to the balcony.
The Secondary Bedroom has a 1 Queen-size bed, 1 full bath, a small closet, and direct access to the balcony.
The Third Bedroom has 2 Single beds, a closet, and 1 full bath. Inside you'll find bath and hand towels, washcloths, fresh linens and additional linens for the sofa bed, and complimentary toiletries.
- Upon your arrival go to the front desk present your ID (To check in you have to be 21+), and tell them your unit number so they can confirm your registration and check you in.
â The daily Amenity Fee (Resort Fee) of $59 + taxes (Total $66.67) is already included in your nightly rate, as well as the cleaning fee. Nothing additional is due at check-in. This fee is charged per day, not per person. The only additional payment you may incur is for valet parking, which is optional and only charged if used.
- Part of the Top-of-the-line amenities is the heated pool with direct sunlight for those looking to soak up in Floridaâs sun.
- 2 floors fully equipped state-of-the-art Gym with panoramic views.
- A beautiful and spacious Deck with plenty of sitting areas.
- Youâll enjoy complimentary access to a private beach club located at the Stanton Marriott in South Beach.
