Location in a residential yet central location to enjoy Miami like a local. Our guests have access to the coin laundry and balcony space. This is a super quiet and small 4-plex, where you will meet other world travelers staying in the other 3 units.

Getting Around:

The free, public Miami Trolley transportation stops outside the building and by car you have immediate access to routes US-1, I-95, and I-195. South Beach is only a 15 minute car or Uber ride away. Miami International airport can be reached in 13 min. The apartment comes with 1 free parking on the premises.

Pet Fee is $100 - 1 time fee to hire a cleaning staff to deep clean home.

Residential area, if you have in mind to party and not respect our 10pm quiet time, this is not the right place for you.
