RESERVATION POLICIES:

1 - Door codes are always shared at 4PM. Check-in time frame is from 4PM-11AM, anytime after that would be considered a violation of our rules, this timeframe allows us to help if needed during our working hours(4PM-12AM).
2 - Early check in, Late check out, and Early bag drop are subject to availability
3 - Door codes will not be shared if the incidentals deposit of $100.0 and registration are still pending.
4 - Deposit is released 3-7days after the original check-out date,
5 - All complaints must be notified after 30 mins of check-in.
6 - All departures must be reported immediately in a very clear way to us after for calendar availability to others and issue resolution for you, it is recommended to send an alteration request if needed, this helps you to get the unspent nights back while we get the calendar available again, we can then check the spent nights.
7 - All reservation changes must be done before the checkout time(10AM) of the listing, changes can not be done after 10AM as per the app configuration, we can not override this.
8 - If you need to have an early departure, please submit an alteration request so it can easily be approved.
9 - No courtesy refunds are provided.

11 - REGISTRATION POLICY
Registration is a mandatory step after booking, requiring the submission of IDs for all guests under the reservation. and even will ask you to scan your credit card. - It's crucial to complete both (Deposit and registration) accurately; failure to do so will result in your reservation termination with no refund.
12 - CITY PENALTIES: The guest will bear full responsibility for any city-imposed penalties directly related to their stay, if applicable, plus any damages and a 20% extra of the total as compensation to the host, these additional 20% will be allocated toward a neighborhood compensation plan.

This home is located in a vibrant neighborhood, which may mean some light noise from the outside.

The building is from the early 1920's and it has a lot of character! The apartment is fully remodeled.

$300 penalty for smoking on the property. You will also be dismissed from your rental without a refund.
$250 penalty if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. You will also be dismissed from the property without a refund.
$100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance.
Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can :)
Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account
On checkout please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you

Les points faibles : Propreté
The only positives about this condo were the location (close to everything and right across from the beach) and the bed, which was pretty comfortable.Unfortunately, everything else was a major disappointment and made for a stressful stay. Renters beware:‱The elevator was out, so we had to walk three flights of stairs the entire trip.‱Even though it’s listed as pet-friendly, taking the dogs out was a nightmare — we had to go down three flights of stairs and walk a block just to find a place for them to go.‱The door code didn’t work when we arrived, and it took about 15 minutes to get a new one and finally get in.‱The condo itself is run-down and not very well maintained.‱Sheets and towels were falling apart, and there were hardly any hand towels or washcloths provided.‱The shower had almost no water pressure, and because there’s no door/closure, water gets all over the floor.‱The refrigerator is very small and the door is broken, and there was no way to have ice during our stay.‱The “beach gear” provided was basically cheap dollar store items.‱We couldn’t get the TVs to work because the remote didn’t work.Also, there is no parking included, which may be expected in Miami, but it should be clearly communicated. We had to park a block or two away in a parking garage, and it cost about 40 per night.They also advertised laundry, but we didn’t see any washer/dryer in the unit, so it must be shared laundry (which again was not clearly explained).
