The ICON Brickell building is famous for its luxurious and complete common areas,

Guest access:

The Icon Spa: a staggering 28,000 square feet, complete with a juice bar, treatment rooms for exotic massages, and a 5,000 square foot aqua-therapy lounge, and Hers Eucalyptus steam rooms, saunas, etc. Also, it includes a lounge where you can rest before and after your treatments. Passes to the Spa are included complimentary with your rental! Our guests can use the access card, unlimited for the duration of their stay; also the gym is free of charge. (2 Amenity cards will be provided, the building policy is 2 per room).

2. Our Deluxe INFINITY Swimming Pool (the biggest one in town), is one of the most iconic features of ICON Brickell, completed and renovated with 14 Million Dollars in investment. It spans a large outdoor area overlooking the ocean and downtown Miami. Surrounded by palm trees, hammocks, and comfortable Balinese beds, it offers a tropical resort atmosphere ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine.

3. State-of-the-Art Cardio & Free Weight
Center. Last Generation Gym, fully equipped with modern cardio and strength training machines. In addition, it has panoramic views to make the exercise a pleasant experience. Some training and class programs are also available for residents and guests.


4. Social Hall and Meeting Rooms: For those who need to work or meet, the ICON offers stylish work rooms and social areas, perfect for events and meetings. These areas are also great for socializing with other residents in a refined setting.

1. VALET PARKING ONLY - There is a valet parking in our building that costs 44 dollars/overnight and $11/ hour during the day.

2. Metered parking at 444 Brickell Avenue
(across the street from our building)

3. There are public parking garages 5-7 minutes walking distance from our building and the cost could vary from $40 to $55/ overnight.

We have in our area, a metro mover that connects with other Miami areas like downtown. Travel in the metro mover is free.

B-"Planing to Cook" or buy natural & organic grocery items to cook during the stay in our apartment: five minutes walking from the Icon Brickell Building across the river on the way to downtown, there is a Whole Foods Market.
