Step into a Tropical Oasis! Embraced by lush greenery, our house welcomes you with vibrant colors and a charming front yard. Surrounded by swaying palms and exotic plants, it's a haven of tranquility and serenity. Park up to 2 vehicles. Neighbors are friendly, and area is great for families.



Interior:

Uniquely designed interior and very spacious. The bedrooms are all on the 2nd floor and are 3 king beds, 2.5 bathrooms and 2 pull out sofas downstairs in living room. Grove House features a delightful, fully equipped kitchen great for entertaining. Enjoy a charming backyard and a generously spacious master bedroom boasting its own balcony with sun chairs - perfect for relaxation and basking in the sun. Washer/dryer and a gate for security. Fit up to 2 cars in parking area.



Outdoor Area:

One of the highlights of our property is the outdoor space. You'll find a spacious backyard where you can bask in the sunshine, enjoy a cup of coffee, or relax with friends and family. It's an ideal spot to soak up the beautiful surroundings.

Our house is located in Coconut Grove, a vibrant neighborhood in Miami, Florida. You'll have easy access to a wide range of attractions, including beautiful beaches, upscale shopping boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, and entertainment options. The area is known for its laid-back atmosphere and charming streets lined with historic house- very close to everything.

The house is tucked in a tree filled neighborhood giving you the feeling of being away from it all even though you are in the heart of Coconut Grove, and 10 minutes from downtown Miami. There are many new restaurants and stores in the newly renovated Cocowalk!



Getting Around:

Because we are in close proximity to so many locations, having a car is not a necessity but recommended if you wish to venture out. A simple Uber/Lyft ride can take you to your favorite restaurant or to the beach. If you are in need of a car rental please let us know and we can try our best to accommodate.
