Can’t beat the view!!! Plenty of space, just be careful with the shower water is extremely hot! But we had a lovely time, check-in was easy, valet was convenient, lots of things right in the building, rental bikes, stores, restaurants. We would stay there again

The place was ok. I like the amount of space you get and the fact that it’s ocean front. But the cleanliness was not up to par. Or maybe I should say the maintenance was not up to par. Both shower head systems in both bathrooms were super rusty. I have a filtered shower head at home
 so bummer. The closet where the upstairs loft is located was leaking so much water when we arrived and continued during our stay. The WiFi and tv didn’t work well. I messaged the host numerous times and no response. Eventually the remote started working but the tv still had horrible connection. I still haven’t gotten a response from the host even thanking us for our stay and I’m back home now. I wish I took photos man. Also, the building itself, the elevators are horrible and move so slow. All in all the location was great but the actual space was mediocre. Loved the restaurant on site, and the mini marts, they also have a company onsite to rent bikes, yachts, jet skis, tours etc. Don’t go to the gift shop on the LL the man will try to haggle you BAD. We grabbed five basic items and he tried to charged us 331 dollars!! Be so fr.

Clean but older accommodations

Older building and unit, clean but rundown and needing some minor repairs which seems in line with the neighborhood. Location of building was excellent for beach access and pool was large and well maintained.Based on unit description and pictures, I understood the unit to have direct access to the beach which it does not. You still have to walk through the building to get outside to the pool area which leads you to the beach. I messaged the host upon arrival about an early checkin and got no reply at all. I also messaged after checkin that the Internet information provided wasn’t working and again heard nothing back. Neither were deal breakers but communication wasn’t great. Overall a nice stay especially if you are looking for beach/pool access.

Not clean and hazardous

The back porch glass door did not close properly. There was roaches on the top and bottom part of the loft, The worst part was that in the bathroom, the shower temperature could be be adjusted and it burned my girlfriend’s skin because of the heat from the water. I have pictures and videos of all this! I want a full or partial refund.

Be aware .not what we booked

We booked this apartment as it had access to the beach .When we got there we were given a penthouse apartment and not been notified ..it was in need of repair work, shabby and dirty . There was a Aircon unit fitted into the bedroom patio door which was helded together with silver duck tape so we couldn't open itThere were holes in the wall where the internet cables were ,sockets broken in the kitchen . Woodwork & walls dirty and in need of a good upgrade . I contacted Kelly straightaway who apologised for not telling us but we were given an upgrade to a better quality apartment at no extra cost as the owners required the original apartment back . As it was late I told her we'd discuss in the morning . I texd then and am still waiting for a response . However Claudia came to the rescue .There had evidently been a power surge on previous Sat causing an electrical fault in the building so what we had originally been told wasn't true . Claudia offered us the two apartments and we choose the one which has similar access to the boardwalk/ beach to the one we booked although no washing machine . However although this apartment was on the whole clean there was bits that needed upgrading too ie the kitchen unitdoors weren't hanging properly ,the finish in them was peeling off, light bulbs broken etc .these were things you wouldn't expect for the cost.However it was said to us,that all the apartments look great in the photos but the owners don't use the money to upgrade? So beware

close to perfect

Wir als EuropÀer sind ja nicht leicht zufrieden zustellen, aber hier ist es gut gelungen. Ok, das Objekt ist nicht auf dem neuesten Stand, aber es ist angenehm dort seine Zeit zu verbringen. Ein paar Meter zu einem tollen Strand, ein herrlicher Ausblick auf den Sonnenaufgang. Einfach super schön.

Good location

We all enjoyed our stay at this property because it was in a good location right on the beach. You can step off the properties patio right onto a small boardwalk and walk right onto the beach. This privately owned property is located inside of a hotel so there is a bar and restaurant and a pool with tiki bar there on site which was nice.

Wonderfull vacation

Location is wonderfull for a family, just outside the door is the beach and boardwalk, great big patio, we had our dinner there. The townhouse is big. Washrooms needs renovation. We loved it and recommend it
