Welcome to our spacious and beautifully appointed retreat, perfect for large families or groups! Our home offers a variety of sleeping accommodations to suit everyone's needs. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 each boast a luxurious King Bed. Bedrooms 4 and 6 are each furnished with a cozy Queen Bed, while Bedroom 3 has 2 Double Beds, and Bedroom 5 offers 2 Twin Beds. For a more private experience, the Cottage Bedroom (Bedroom 8) features a Queen Bed, and the Game Bedroom (Bedroom 7) has a Sofa Bed equivalent to 2 Twin beds (no door for this room). There are 3 bathrooms inside the main home and an additional bathroom in the cottage, ensuring comfort and convenience for all.

The common area is designed for relaxation and socializing, with a 10-person dining table, flat-screen TVs equipped with Netflix, and contemporary decor that adds an elegant touch. Our fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, featuring all necessary appliances, a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, blender, grind coffee machine, a toaster, and cooking utensils.

For your convenience, the home comes with free WiFi, central A/C, a washer/dryer, linens/towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, a hair dryer, and an iron. Families with little ones can request a Pack 'n play and a cooler. Additionally, the home features a Pool Table for indoor entertainment.

Our property comes with the convenience of 5 parking spaces included with each reservation, ensuring ample room for your vehicles. We understand that travel plans can vary, so we offer the possibility of Early check-in, Late check-out, and Early bag drop, all subject to availability to better suit your schedule. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the house rules for a seamless and pleasant stay. Our goal is to provide you with a welcoming and hassle-free experience, and we look forward to making your visit memorable and delightful!

HOST WORKING HOURS AND CHECK-IN TIME: 4 PM-11 AM

RESERVATION POLICIES:
1 - Door codes are always shared after photo id and selfie in front of the front door are sent. The check-in time frame is from 4 PM-12 AM, anytime after would be considered a violation of our rules, this timeframe allows us to help if needed during our working hours(4 PM-11 AM).
2 - Early check-in for $50/hour and late check-outs for $100/hour. This is offered based on availability.
3 - All complaints must be notified after 30 mins of check-in.
4 - All reservation changes must be done before the checkout time each day (10 AM), changes can not be done after 10 AM as per the app configuration, we can not override this.
5 - No courtesy refunds are provided.
6 - If you want me to coordinate any amenities, please let me know 24 hours in advance (4 PM-12 AM) so my team can deliver or resolve on-site the next day.
7 - Extra cleanings in case of Issues or courtesies should be arranged 24 hours in advance and before 10 AM each day.
8 - REGISTRATION POLICY:
Registration is a mandatory step after booking, requiring the submission of IDs for all guests under the reservation. It's crucial to complete the registartion accurately; failure to do so will result in your reservation termination with no refund.
9 - CITY PENALTIES:
The guest will bear full responsibility for any city-imposed penalties directly related to their stay, if applicable, plus any damages and a 20% extra of the total as compensation to the host, these additional 20% will be allocated toward a neighborhood compensation plan.

House access won't be granted until photo ID of guests are sent.

NO SMOKING INSIDE ($1,000 FINE will apply if this rule is violated).

**The Pool is cleaned every Monday and Thursday for maintenance and your enjoyment. Be aware that at any time on Monday and Thursday, my team will be there cleaning the Pool.

Check-in is from 4PM-12AM. (Early check-in for $50/hour)

Check-out is at 10 AM. Please note that a late Check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty, that could be deducted from your security deposit. (Late check-out for $100/hour)

QUIET TIME FROM 10 PM TO 7 AM.

$250 penalty if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. You will also be dismissed from the property without a refund.

$100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the house entrance. Make sure the trash is in a trash bag before!

Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can :). Also, please don't throw excessive toilet paper in the toilets to avoid clogging. Penalties will be charged if maintenance/repair is needed.

Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account.

On checkout please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you.
