Welcome to CasaMia, a stylish Miami pool home designed for comfort, relaxation, and easy access to the city’s best neighborhoods.

The pool and backyard are completely private and exclusively for guests staying in the main house.

Perfect for families, couples, or small groups, CasaMia offers a relaxed setting with modern amenities and a beautiful private outdoor space.

Start your day with a strong Cuban coffee on the sunny terrace, take one of the provided bikes for a ride around the neighborhood, or explore Miami’s creative scene just 10 minutes from Wynwood and the Design District. After a day in the city, return home to unwind by the pool, enjoy a BBQ in the backyard, or simply relax under the Miami sun.


The Space

CasaMia features two spacious bedrooms with queen-size beds, high-quality cotton linens, and plenty of natural light. One bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom for additional comfort and privacy.

For flexible sleeping arrangements, the living area includes two additional single sleeping options from the modular sofas, plus an air mattress with electric pump available if needed.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

Property Layout

Guests have full private access to the main house and backyard.

Please note there is a small independent guest studio located on the property with its own private entrance and separate outdoor area. The studio does not share the backyard or pool area, ensuring privacy for guests staying in the main house.


Neighborhood Note

CasaMia is located in a central Miami neighborhood close to the city center. As in many areas near downtown, occasional aircraft may be heard outdoors during certain daytime hours. Most guests find this typical for Miami’s urban neighborhoods.
