The home is directly across from the Miami River & located in a beautiful historical neighborhood. Minutes to Wynwood, Brickell, Miami Beach & Coconut Grove. Home was remodeled in 2017. It is a very cozy & comfortable house that will feel like your home. Your experience will be of privacy and quiet. The house includes secured fenced grounds and parking for 4 cars. Guests may order grocery delivery service, rent a boat, massage, cribs, and other options to make your trip incredibly convenient!

The house is part of the Miami River District which is made up of historical homes built by the founders of Miami. It is a quiet and safe area with a large waterfront park across the street. You can walk to Marlins Park and its located minutes from Miami Beach, Wynwood and Brickell.

5-minute walk to River Landing Miami that has everything from restaurants, Publix, ATT store, dentist, clothing, pet store, etc. Also, 5-minute walk to Loan Depot Park and Marlins Stadium that house great concerts and games!

We always recommending renting a car. UBER and LYFT are always 5 minutes away

✱✱ Please know that security cameras are in the outside of the unit for the safety of all guests staying in the property; tampering, covering or moving them without the consent of the host will be subject to a $100 fine, thanks for helping us taking care of our property. 📸💡

✱✱ We require all guests under the reservation to provide a government-issued ID to the host prior to the check-in time, as well as sign a rental agreement which you can see under house rules. ✍️

✱✱ Entry instructions will not be sent out until the Govt issued ID is received. 🔑

✱✱ Guests staying 2 weeks or more will have an additional cleaning added to reservation payable by the guest. 🧼

Smoking is allowed outside only. Please dispose of all smoking materials safely if you smoke outside.


2. People other than those on the reservation may not have access to the property without express permission from the host.


3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors

4. Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.


5. Neither the Property Owner or the property manager (HostyMosty) is responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises, this includes the use of the swimming pool on the premises at any time. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises


6.Neither the property owner nor the property manager is responsible for the guest`s loss of personal belongings or valuables.


7. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order


8. Only use appliances for their intended uses


9. Candles are NOT permitted inside the unit at any time


10. All guests staying 2 weeks, or more are required to have an additional cleaning at guest’s expense paid at time of booking. Host will send requests for funds through the resolution center.


11. Gas Grill (if available) will be maintained and cleaned after each use of. If not, guests will be charged an additional $50 for cleaning.
