You can connect with the Metrorail as well, which can take you to the airport as well as up and down the coast.

House rules:

This is a strict no-smoking, no-vaping, no-weed, no-party property. If these rules are broken, guests will be subject to fees of $500 or more.

If you need to smoke, you can safely do so outside of the building on the street.

Check-in time is 4 pm and Check-out time is 10 am. Early check-in and late check-out is available with a fee!



Transportation:

If flying into Miami International, you can take the Miami Metro system directly to the First Street Metro Mover station at the entrance of the building, all for just $2.25!

Disclaimer - Security Damage Deposit Hold:

A security damage deposit of $300 will be temporarily held on your card upon check-in, and will be released 2 days after checkout, provided no damages occur during your stay.

There will be a 4% non-refundable credit card fee applied to all payments.
1. Zero-tolerance no smoking/vaping/THC/marijuana use of any kind in the room or on the balcony. If this rule is found to be broken by hard physical evidence, leftover odors, or other evidence, guests WILL be charged for a deep cleaning. Fees are at a MINIMUM $500 or more for ozone equipment rental to rid of smoke smell, charged to the guest on the reservation. This policy is also present in the welcome book in the unit.

2. Zero-tolerance no party policy. Registered guests enjoying the night or having a drink is fine, but inviting numerous extra people than those on the reservation to the premises is not allowed. If this rule is broken, the guest will be charged extra cleanings fees that WILL be $500 or more.

3. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property. If special circumstances arise where another person(s) need to stay in the unit, who are not included in the number of guests on the reservation, an extra guest request must be made to the host prior to the extra person(s) staying over. There is an extra guest fee. Reach out to the host for details.
Any extra person(s) in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The Homeowner has not represented this
unit as an event facility, therefore, there is a limit to the number of any visitors at any one time (in addition to registered occupants) of four (4). At no time may any of these visitors assume any guest privileges whatsoever, including but not limited to the use of the kitchenette and
shower.

4. The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the
premises or its facilities. The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or
valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly
assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to
use the premises.

5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses.

6. We allow children with the following stipulations:
- Guests are responsible for any and all necessary `baby proofing`.
- Children under age 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

7. No pets are allowed.

8. There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. If you would like a cleaning during your stay, reach out to the host for rate information.

We have a zero-tolerance smoking/vaping and party policy. No smoking/vaping/THC of any kind inside the building or on the balcony. Yes, to repeat, you are not allowed to smoke on the balcony inside the unit. If you need to smoke, please exit to the front of the building where you can do so freely.

If smoking is present, you will be subject to a deep-cleaning fee of a minimum $500 or more. Smoking in the unit is a huge risk and can permanently damage furniture. Cleaning out smoke damages and odors can be very expensive, and it’s best for everyone that you refrain from doing so, or take it outside. We have smoke detectors and party-prevention systems active to enforce these rules. If any of them are broken, you will be charged a hefty fee.

Quiet hours are 10pm-8am so no loud music or shouting too late at night. No extra guests will be allowed in the evenings unless the host is notified. There will be an extra fee for extra overnight guests. Please contact the host if you have any questions.

You must let the host know when something is stained, broken, or damaged at all. If there is a spill, something falls and breaks, etc, please notify the host right away. If you tell us right away we can usually work something out. If a broken or ruined item is discovered after you leave, the only option we would have would be to charge you a fee, and we don’t want to have to do that.

Late checkout is available with a fee, if you stay late without requesting a late checkout, you will be charged hefty fees per 30 minutes. Please see the late checkout section for more details.

Lost parking keycard fees are also in place, no matter where or how it gets lost. If you use the parking keycard, it must be returned to the welcome basket by your checkout time or fees will apply. Please see the parking section for more details.

Please just let us know when something happens, and we can do our best to resolve or handle it as soon as possible.
