When you arrive at the apartment, head to the front desk and show your ID. They`ll assign you a parking spot. The keys are inside the apartment, and the door will be unlocked for you

1. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is only allowed outside. Smoking inside will result in a $200 fine and extra cleaning fees.
2. Noise: Keep music at a reasonable volume at all times.
3. Trash: Dispose of garbage properly in the trash chute labeled “TRASH SHUT” on your floor.
4. Visitors: Guests not on the reservation must be pre-approved and leave by 10 PM.
5. Check-Out: Check-out is at 11 AM. Late check-outs may incur extra fees.
6. Cleaning: Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left excessively dirty.
7. Amenities: You’ll find one towel per guest and two pillows per bed in the unit. Extra towels/bedding damaged or missing will be charged.
8. TV: Netflix is provided for your enjoyment.
9. Key+Fob: Leave the Key+Fob inside the unit (unlocked) upon check-out. Lost Fobs incur a fee of $120.
10. Deliveries: Pick up food deliveries at the ground floor with security.
11. Dress Code: Shirts, pants/shorts, and shoes are required in shared spaces.
12. No Open Flames: No grills or open-flame devices are allowed.
13. Extras: Cribs available upon request with 1-day notice.
