Summary:

Enjoy a luxurious stay in this condo at the Icon Brickell Tower 3 residences. Located in the heart of Brickell, you’ll be in walking distance from restaurants, parks, bars and more. The condo faces the bay and the largest and most famous pool of Brickell. Furnished in an authentic white style, this apartment is perfect for people who are looking to take a break and relax. The whole apartment will be only for you (1,459 Sq Ft --136 m2-- living area).. You should keep in mind that this building is undergoing renovations, and therefore for this apartment you will not be able to access the balcony and there will be a transparent cover between June 2026 and June 2027.



The Space:

To be able to check in, we'll need the names of all guests, a photo of all guest’s IDs, and the phone number of the main guest, the moment you book. We’ll also need to know at what time exactly you’ll arrive at the building. Failure to do so may cause delays in your check-in process. Late check-in until 2 AM for an additional cost of $50 payable directly with our representative on site.



There are Roku TVs in the living room (75”) and in both bedrooms (55”). The kitchen is fully equipped, so you’ll be able to cook your own meals.



The air-conditioned apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (with free toiletries and a hair dryer), a living room, a dining area, and a kitchen complete with a dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. You'll have access to the pools on the 15th floor, the gym, and the gorgeous spa with 3 jacuzzis, 2 saunas, and 2 steam rooms.



Please note that we provide 4 amenity guest cards per adult for accessing the pool, gym, and spa facilities. These cards can be obtained at the Groud level upon request. It is important to keep in mind that only four amenity guest cards per adult will be provided. Minors are not required to have one.



To retrieve your amenity guest card, please go to the ground level every day between 9 AM and 5 PM.

Guest Access:

There’ll be 2 FOBs (electronic keys for elevator access ) inside the apartment. It’s used in the elevator and to have access to your floor and amenities 15th floor. You’ll need amenity cards to access any amenity (pool, spa, gym). Limit of 4 amenity guest cards for adults per apartment, no exception.
