The location of The Alexander Resort is also convenient for exploring Miami Beach. It is situated in the Mid-Beach area, which is known for its quieter atmosphere and easy access to the boardwalk. Minimum age to book and stay in the unit is 21 years old (does not relate to kids staying with adults)

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A $250 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT AND A DAILY $40 PER APARTMENT RESORT FEE PAID AT THE FRONT DESK UPON ARRIVAL.

A 4% card fee will apply in the event of a cancellation that results in a refund. The management reserves the right to relocate guests to a comparable unit.

Please note that a valid government-issued identification is required upon check-in at the front desk. The primary guest listed on the reservation must be at least 21 years of age.

Kosher meals available on-site, under the supervision of Kosher Miami (KA).

Washers and dryers are on the same floor. The laundry cards can be picked up at the front desk.

Beach and pool towels are complimentary and claimed by the pool area.
