Online Check-In & Rental Agreement Requirement
All guests must complete the online check-in form and sign the rental agreement prior to receiving check-in instructions. Failure to complete both steps may result in delays or inability to access the property.


- Regarding check in, very easy process: Please contact us by message on the chat, we will then send you check in instructions. You will receive a code to collect the keys from a lockbox machine located in the lobby of the building (across the coffe shop).

- in case of any lockout situation, guest will be liable for all locksmith cost.

- $300 fee if any lost fob

- host is not responsible for any amenities closure and or noise disturbances from outside. NO refund and/or compensation will apply.
