The Space:

This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom residence accommodates up to 6 adults plus 3 children (see house rules). Located at The Grand, it offers open views of Biscayne Bay and Downtown Miami, generous living areas, and a calm, residential atmosphere ideal for families, groups, and longer stays.

The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, ample storage, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and soaking tub. Two additional bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements for family or friends, including one bedroom with two beds, ideal for children or shared stays.

Guest Access:

The entire space is included in this rental. After a smooth check-in at the building’s front desk, guests have full access to the apartment for the duration of their stay. The apartment is designed to support both leisure and business stays, so you can stay productive if needed, while enjoying your time by the bay.

PARKING RULES

*** $200 fee for one parking spot for entire duration of your stay. Parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check in.

*** Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wish to park more than one vehicle, parking fee for each additional vehicle is $200 per month, subject to availability. Advance notice is required if you need parking.

*** $48 daily valet fee is also available and you pay directly to building each day.



Please note that the valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Should your vehicle exceed this height restriction, your only recourse would be to seek limited street parking with metered alternatives. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area.



Furthermore, within our retail lobby, you'll find an Enterprise rental car company, providing added convenience for your transportation needs.

The front desk is staffed 24/7, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay. While we give you full privacy and independence in your apartment, help is always just a call or visit away if needed.
