This particular unit is directly on Ocean Drive and walking distance to all of South Beach, If you do bring a car Please do not park in building parking lot as the spaces are all rented out and unauthorized vehicles may be towed

*We fumigate for bugs monthly, but being that we are located by the ocean, it is common for small bugs to get inside the units. We take this very seriously, but cannot expect perfection.*

Les points forts : Propreté
The Stay was fine for the cost. You are exposed to noise like listing said. There definitely is some potential safety issues. The window next to the door would randomly slide down and be open. That same window also opens and closes from the outside. Not the inside. The patio sliding door doesnt lock. The bathroom window doesnt open or close. The bathroom area definitely has wear and tear and looks dirty. Last bad thing is there is potentially mold around gunk around the ac unit framing. The good: its in a good location. Easy access to parking, beach and restaurants. Everything felt clean except the bathroom area. The couch bed is just a foldable fouton. Its not a bad stay. Just not the best.
