This was everyone first time In Miami this unit is local right in the mist of all the activities

Very clean plenty of room Accommodated 7people the couch is a pull back Futon so some was able to sleep there there was also two blow up beds one is located under the bed in the bedroom and the other in the bottom drawer we were able to cook a complete meal and breakfast dish detergent toilet paper and paper towels was provided. We felt as if we were in our own homes The owner stayed in contact guiding us all The way 😍 the building was clean and quite for the time we stayed in (😜 too much fun )We made the best of our girls /birthday trip I would rent this unit every time I’m in Miami.Thank you (owner) for being consistent wi-Fi and TV also a Bluetooth speaker the ac had everybody complain because it was extra cold that’s exactly what we needed for all the Miami heat 5stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from all 7 of us thanks đŸ€©đŸ€©đŸ€©đŸ€©

We booked and the property was stated to be able to sleep 6 people. When we arrived it was clear that the apartment only slept 5. When checking the booking confirmation, the confirmation said 6. We checked the listing online and it had been changed to 5. We’re not happy about that bait and switch that was pulled here. The owner responded to our complaint by offering to bring a blow up mattress, Vrbo responded by offering to move us to another property. Both of these options would have been an inconvenience.

You pay for what you get

This is an excellent location in the heart of South Beach with a friendly and responsive host. That being said, the best I can say about the place is that it is functional. To say that it sleeps 6 is a stretch. The sleeper couch is not a pullout but a futon in disrepair that is not very comfortable. The mattresses in the bedrooms are very comfortable but the pillows are very flat and there are no extras. The place had definitely been cleaned, but the overall state of the unit shows wear and tear. Also, very important to note, you will get a warm shower but you will not get a hot shower, no matter how long you let the water run to heat up. The lock on the front door of the building is delayed, so if you don’t stand and hold it until it clicks, it remains unlocked. Unfortunately, this was not communicated to us or the other guests because more often than not, we found it unlocked. The unit itself was definitely secure. If you are looking for a place to sleep and keep your things while on vacation, this place works, but expect the bare minimum.

Dirty-no communication-old-smelly

Stay away from this place it was dirty the sheets and blankets smelled really bad we went and bought some lining stuff. The bathroom hairs everywhere. Kitchen no working. Building smell bad amd no communication. Ripped off
