No Parties or Events
âą This is a relaxing retreat, not a party pad
âą No parties, events, or loud gatherings allowed
âą Quiet hours: 10 PM â 8 AM (please respect our neighbors)
âą Violations may result in cancellation and fees
No Smoking Indoors
âą No smoking or vaping indoors
âą You may smoke on the balcony only, with the door closed
âą Please dispose of cigarette butts properly
âą Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $350 cleaning fee
Pets Welcome â With Care
âą Well-behaved pets are welcome: $75 per stay for 1 pet or $100 per stay for 2 pets (maximum 2)
âą Pets must be declared at booking (type and number required)
âą Dogs or cats only; no aggressive or destructive pets
âą Service animals are welcome under ADA guidelines (guests remain liable for damages)
âą Excessive shedding, odors, or pet-related messes may result in additional cleaning fees
Guest Limit
âą The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 guests, with an optional air mattress available for up to 2 additional guests (maximum 6)
âą $30 per night, per extra guest after 4 to help cover added linens, utilities, and cleaning
âą No unregistered overnight guests

âą One free reserved parking spot onsite (marked âReserved Parking #2â with a green sign near the tree)
âą Vehicle make, model, year, and color are required for proper use

Cleaning & Fees
âą $115 standard cleaning fee included in the nightly rate
âą Short stays (1â2 nights): $90â$95, based on guest count
âą Excessive mess (spills, stained linens, pet accidents, strong odors, excess trash) may incur additional deep cleaning charges
âą Damaged linens (e.g., makeup, burns, bodily fluids) may incur replacement fees
âą Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $350 minimum cleaning fee
Clean & Respectful Use
âą Treat the space as you would your own
âą Avoid spills, stains, or damages that might require deep cleaning
âą Do not access or tamper with the ownerâs closet or cabinets
âą We provide clean linens for the number of guests listed on your reservation
âą Please do not use or open any additional linens stored in janitorial bags, as these are reserved for upcoming turnovers. If accessed or used, an additional cleaning fee may apply since all linens would need to be rewashed
âą Please do not move or rearrange furniture. This helps us keep the space safe and ready for future guests. Any damage or re-staging may result in an additional fee
Sink & Garbage Disposal
âą No garbage disposalâdo not put food down the sink
âą A $75 fee will apply if the sink clogs due to misuse
Baby & Toddler Gear (Available Upon Request)
âą Crib, high chair, and other baby or kid essentials are available via a trusted third-party provider
