Loved everything about this place

They really paid attention to detail at this place. Also literally one block from the ocean you can chill at! Grocery stores are super too, you don't even need a car if you can just get here from the airport.

Tiny but good

We were shocked at how tiny this place was, with a narrow hall to all the rooms as soon as you walk in the door. But it worked for us! The rooms were nice and the living space, although small, was cozy. We had 5 people, so my son slept on the pullout bed in the couch. We had a fun time in Miami!

Great location, but...

Starting with the good; the location. It is minutes to the beach, tons of restaurants and bakeries within walking distance, right next door to Walgreens and CVS-perfect for last minute items. I did not receive any check in information from owner prior to stay-I had to call them to figure out how to get into the building at midnight. We finally got in; we had to try 3 air mattresses before we finally found one that was working, the 2 beds are FULL- NOT QUEEN and they are spring mattresses, extremely squeaky. The hallway light didn't work, there was no shower curtain, no hand soap, and the refrigerator was WARM. Our food spoiled. There was no vacuum for guest use, and its proximity to the beach meant the place got pretty sandy. The living room was not functional, as there is only 1 sofa, which sat 3 people, and the other two had to sit on the hard table chairs. The kitchen cabinets had sawdust (or something) in them. The wifi was also extremely spotty. There were no beach towels for guest use, nor was there a beach umbrella (which would be nice for those who fly in) A few beach chairs would also be nice for those who fly in.

Gross and dirty

This property is discussing. Stay away. When we arrived there was human feces all over the sidewalk out front. The smell was awful. There was also graffiti all on the entrance of the building. Once we made it in, the smell in hallway took my breath away. My friend with asthma couldn’t even stay in the building. There were crumbs all over the kitchen counters. We couldn’t even stay due to the smell. We were stuck and had to find a place to stay last minute after we had paid for this place. We contacted the owners and they told us this was outside of their control and would only refund us 20% and we still had to pay the cleaning fee even though we only walked in and back out of the place. DO NOT STAY HERE!! We had to pay for this place to not be able to stay in it. Total bummer

Perfect spot by the beach

Came here for the 4th weekend and loved it. Description of the place was spot on. A 2 min walk to the beach, close to resturants and shops. It was spacious enough for 4 people and had everything we needed. One thing was the fridge wasn't really working/ cold but other than that it was a great spot.

Great location, great unit!

My husband and I planned a quick getaway at Miami Beach. The location was approximately 25 minutes in traffic from South Beach, but was WELL WORTH IT! The unit was clean, accommodations were as listed, and very quiet. The beach was a short 3 minute walk and access to Walgreens and restaurants was within steps from the entry. The cable didn't work, bit we didn't need it because we were soaking up the Florida sunshine! Great hosts!

Nice Getaway

It was nice to be so close to the beach. We thought we would see the beach from the apartment when we booked but we didn't have a beach view. It was a couple of minutes walk to the beach. It was great to be able to cook/ prepare our meals. Some of the beds were comfortable, some not as much. If we come back to North Miami sometime, we would stay here again.

Overall good property

Everything was good for the most part. There was a bit of a persistent issue with small bugs on the stove and kitchen counters. The walls are paper thin and you can clearly hear people talking in the next apartment, often very late. Everything else was as described in the listing. The location is very convenient.

Cute little Place Next to Beach

Enjoyed our stay in this cute little Condo! Clean, stayed cool. Had no problems, but maybe a few Beach towels for future residents. Really close to Beach, 2-3 min walk to beach. Lots of good food nearby within 1-2 min walk. Parking down the street was free at night, & $1 per hr other times. Thank you, will come again!

Perfect stay
