* Building Security & Registration: For your peace of mind and safety, the tower features 24/7 on-site security and surveillance. Only pre-registered guests on the building's official arrival list are permitted on the property. No unregistered visitors or unauthorized extra guests are allowed at any time.
* No Pets & No Parties: To comply with the tower’s residential regulations, pets are strictly prohibited, and loud gatherings, events, or commercial activities are not allowed.
* Quiet Hours: Let’s keep the vibe relaxed between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM so everyone in the building can enjoy a restful night.
* Host & Maintenance Availability: We are here to assist you with maintenance or property requests from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. From 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM, our team responds to urgent property emergencies only. Non-emergencies (such as Wi-Fi troubleshooting or TV questions) will be handled promptly the following morning.
* Damages & Specialty Cleaning: Accidents happen! Please report any accidental damage right away. If extensive deep cleaning or repairs are required post-stay, additional fees will apply.
* Optional Cleaning Services: While complimentary mid-stay cleanings are not provided, we are happy to arrange professional cleaning services during your stay for an additional fee. Please request this in advance to secure a slot.

* Climate & Environment: Miami’s tropical climate is beautiful, but it does mean warm temperatures and local wildlife. The building is regularly treated to remain pest-free; you can assist us by ensuring trash is disposed of regularly.

Our complimentary concierge service has you covered with insider access and local discounts. Just let us know what you need, and we will handle the rest!
* Respectful Conduct: We want everyone to have an incredible experience. Disrespectful behavior toward building staff, or neighbors will result in an immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
* Strict No-Smoking Policy: This is a strictly smoke-free and vape-free residence. If smoking of any kind is detected inside the unit, the booking can result to a cancellation and a specialized deep-cleaning fee will be charged to restore the space.
