*** $200 fee for one parking spot for entire duration of your stay. Parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check in.

*** Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wish to park more than one vehicle, parking fee for each additional vehicle is $200 per month, subject to availability. Advance notice is required if you need parking.

*** $48 daily valet fee is also available and you pay directly to building each day.



▭ Valet Restrictions

Height limit: 6'6" (fits most SUVs but excludes trucks or vans).

No valet service for slingshots, motorcycles, scooters, or mopeds.

No electric vehicle charging stations available.



▭ Street Parking

Metered street parking is available for vehicles that exceed the height limit or cannot use valet services.
