Comfortable 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located across the street from the beach, right next to the Heritage Park. The condo has everything you need for your stay: linens and bedding, towels and stocked kitchen. The master bedroom has 1 King Bed for 2 adults. The second bedroom has 2 Queen beds for 4 adults.
Ocean Reserve Condominium located in beautiful Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. The complex offers many amenities for a more comfortable stay and conveniently located 11 miles from Miami International Airport, 10.5 miles from Fort Lauderdale International Airport, 1 mile from Aventura Mall and provides access to various activities and parks within the area.
Guest Access:
The rental includes free parking space for one car (please make sure to register your vehicle at the time of check-in), free Wi-Fi, cable TV.
Building features: swimming pool, tennis courts, fitness center, 24/7 security officers, 24/7 front desk, business center, vending machines, minimarket on the 1st floor (with ATM machine inside), on-site cafe, valet parking, shared washer & dryer on each floor (laundry card can be purchased at your own expense on the 1st floor).
Check-in notes: the condo association will charge a registration fee of $41.50 at your check-in. Paying this registration it will authorize you to use all condo amenities (pool, fitness center and more).
Please make sure to provide your vehicle information at the time of check-in if you are planning to park at the assigned parking space.
