Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Great location

Fantastic location. Partial ocean view was awesome as I could work and look at the ocean from the balcony. Easy to walk to the beach and boardwalk and downtown few miles away or Uber. Parking was extra but always available though you had to use the room key card to come and go. Public trolley close by but very hot standing and waiting for it and usually very crowded. Rude and pushy customers most times. Bring your own pots and pans and kitchen stuff. There is bare minimum of all kitchen stuff. Had to ask for spatula and buy a cutting board and knives. They only provided steak knives. Bathroom towels and linens were provided in limited quantities. Had to take off bed linens and wait for days for new ones because they needed the old ones to give us the new ones. Crazy. Toilet paper and towels were given sparingly. Not enough wash cloths, bathmats, etc. The floors were always dirty as was the carpet, but they wouldn't clean it for the entire month stay without paying additional. No vacuum, no sweeper, no mop/bucket, no toilet brush provided to clean it ourselves. Only one broom provided which was only good to sweep hair. The dustpan did not work well. Relaying info from front desk which hardly picked up the calls to the housekeeping took great effort.They told us there was no luggage cart for use when we needed it for weekly groceries.When we found it, they required a driver's license to use it like we would steal the luggage cart lol...seriously? Front desk unprofessional

I wouldn't recommend using verbo that for one because they lied to me and told me they will take care of the problems and the issue I had with the property and the property it self is old and garbage and they are very nice nice staff and they wouldn't listen to anything or any problem we had.

Our stay was Okay

This place is a little worn down, but okay. It does not quite match up to the pictures. If you can't overlook small details you probably shouldn't rent. We liked the space with two good sized bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. View of ocean was pretty good, pool is good size, and you do have direct access to the beach, which was great. Parking is always pretty expensive in Miami Beach so I considered $30 a day pretty good and it was underground and securely gated. Plenty of pool and beach towels. Nice bar by the pool for refreshments. We did not use the restaurant there so I cannot comment on the food. Staff that we did talk to was friendly and attentive. Nice balcony off of living room to relax on. Now for some of the not so great items. Phone did not work so if you need to call the front desk or you get a message like we did it's not so good. AC Unit was very loud and started with a loud noise each time at startup. Safe did not work. No extra bedding for couch. Not a lot of kitchen equipment. Beds made a lot of noise getting into/out of but we're comfortable enough - probably a bit old. The main door to get into the condo from the hallway has a secure deadbolt. We were surprised to find another door off the kitchen. It only had a basic door knob lock. This made us feel a little uncomfortable about security, but there are armed guards on the property at all times. Overall we had a good stay at the place.

Great view - room is not maintained or supplied

The positive is the proximity to the beach and the view... unfortunately the condition of the room overshadows that and I cannot recommend this place to friends. The carpet in the bedrooms is disgusting. Bleach marks throughout and if it wasn't bleached it is stained. Ewww... no wonder there are no pictures of the room. I understand that the furniture does not have to be the same as pictured, but it was so off. The couch was so tiny ... like for toddlers. It didn't even come to my knees and no one could sit on it. Last, there are few supplies to actually cook. I had to ask for a pan to put in the oven. There is an oven but no way to use it. They brought me an aluminum disposable pan. Seriously. The place could be great... if they just cared a little.
