Make yourselves at home at our simply designed and peaceful getaway unit. Perfect for a weekend escape or a longer term stay - the condo is comfortable and cozy.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire unit.
Metered parking is available on Collins Ave in front of the building between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. It is free at night between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 11AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We appreciate your understanding!
A security deposit of $500 will be pre-authorized on your credit card on the day of check-in. This is a temporary hold and will be released following a successful inspection of the unit after checkout.

Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and BUGS. (Yes, dare I say it..) These elements are a natural & very common occurrence! We have our property professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray!
There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property.
Please note that we welcome children of all ages but wanted to make sure youâre aware that the home is NOT baby-proofed.
No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests!
Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
Please note that, after it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored.
No fireworks of any kind.
No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle.
Follow additional guidelines posted within the home.
Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure.
Report damages immediately.
We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.
