Summary:

Nature’s Paradise is a waterfront home in Mattituck with a private dock and direct access to the Mattituck Inlet. The home sleeps up to 9 guests across 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms and features an open living and dining area with water views, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony off the main living space overlooking the water. Guests can fish from the dock, launch kayaks or paddleboards, or bring a boat. Located steps from Strong’s Marina and close to Breakwater Beach, Love Lane, North Fork vineyards, and dining.



The Space:

Nature's Paradise is a waterfront home designed for relaxed stays with direct access to the Mattituck Inlet. The layout is straightforward and comfortable, making it easy for guests to enjoy the water, nearby marina, and North Fork surroundings.



The main living level features an open living and dining area filled with natural light and water views. The space flows easily for everyday use, whether gathering after a day on the water or enjoying a quiet evening indoors. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, ample counter space, and storage suitable for longer stays.



The home sleeps up to 9 guests across 4 bedrooms: a primary with king bed, a second with queen bed, a third with one queen, one double, and one twin, and a fourth with queen bed. Four full bathrooms provide comfortable separation for families or groups traveling together.



Outdoor spaces are central to the experience. A private dock extends directly into the inlet, allowing guests to fish, launch kayaks or paddleboards, or bring a boat. A balcony off the main living area overlooks the water and offers a peaceful spot to relax throughout the day. Strong's Marina is just steps away, and Breakwater Beach is an easy walk or paddle from the property.



The home's location and layout make it especially well suited for guests seeking waterfront access, a calm setting, and convenient proximity to Love Lane, North Fork vineyards, and local dining.

Please note that all outdoor amenities, patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

- There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively.

- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.

- For reservations of 29 nights or more, a refundable deposit will be collected prior to arrival. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.

- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.

- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Everything was lovely with a few exceptions. Our bed was broken, and unfortunately not repaired during our stay. In addition the Kueurig microwave, and ice maker did not work either. We were told the handyman would come but he never made it. There was also no hospitality booketting us know the checkout procedures, local restaurants, etc.

Modern, spacious home with a beautiful view. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had coffee on the deck every morning to catch the sunrise and watch the wildlife. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to make your meals. There was plenty of space for our party of nine and the house is close to shopping, restaurants and beaches.

The property was absolutely fantastic. The positive: The view was amazing overlooking the Mattituck inlet. The living areas are fantastic, well equipped and the kitchen is great! The bedrooms, while a bit sparse, were fine, especially the master. Bathrooms were great as well. Fishing from the dock was a blast and we caught a bunch. Watching the boats go by from the deck was really relaxing as well. The house is super close to the Old Mill Inn, a great newly renovated and reopened restaurant right on the water. Close to the beach as well as shops, wineries and fish markets. There is a ton of wildlife - wild turkeys, deer, etc., That was really neat to see. The only very slight negatives were the beds (hard or sinking in the middle), and the dock. If you have elderly folks with you or little ones, it would be tough to get down to the dock as there are a ton of stairs. We also saw some poison ivy which we removed. The dock itself is pretty rough, with bees nests and pretty dirty. Fan in master bedroom was broken and the beach parking situation is hard to navigate. We bought a pass and then found out one was already in the house. Otherwise, without a pass, you have to walk onto the beach which is a good hike, especially in the heat. All in all though a great property, extremely communicative property manager and a great location. Would definitely rent this house again!

Beautiful location

We were so pleased with this rental; the location, the accomodations, the cleanliness. Kitchen was stocked & grill was clean; we were able to make simple meals when we didnt go out to ear. We had a few small issues which were taken care of same day by property manager. Only issues were spotty internet & phone service; also deck stairs need to be replaced.

Great House!

We had a great stay in Mattituck. House has everything you need and is clean, spacious, and comfortable. We loved the hot tub, ping pong table and cooking in the kitchen. Views and nature were top notch. Nice little town and not far from activities. Thanks!!

nature's paradise, but cheaply built

The property was Ok. It is advertised as a luxury paradise, but I would not call it that way. The house is pretty much as described - spacious, rooms on different levels, all amenities. The problem is that luxury ends on small details - no lights on a walkway from parking spot to the house. One side of the house has gorgeous view, while another side overlooks ran down property. Faucets in the master bathroom are falling apart, jacuzzi is no working. All doors are misaligned, etc. These are small details, and the house worked out for us just fine, but don't for the money they charge, the owners could fix all of that.

Perfect Family Home

My 3 daughters with their husdands and and small children stayed here for a family wedding weekend. The place is peferct. Clean open spaces for the kids Fully equipped with toys books etc. Definitely ***** Five Star.

Great place for our friends reunion! Very clean and spacious. Great kitchen and dining area for group dinners. Spacious rooms. Only thing is say is some overgrown trees walking up to the house, but really wasn’t a big deal
