The Loft is clean and cozy and has lots of comfortable seating in the back next to the water. I stayed for two weeks and the hosts provided housekeeping after a week. They responded to my questions very quickly. Great experience, I would definitely stay again.

Perfect Stay

Great place for a 1-2 people. It’s right on the water and has a sweet little back patio with lots of seating. Close to beaches, great pizza and parks. Train station to NYC is close also. Would certainly stay again!

Home away from home

Stayed for 9 days and felt like our home away from home. Having family in the area, this was the perfect place to come back to after long days. It's clear that Brian and Kevin really take pride in others experience when they designed and care for this loft. Hope to stay again in the future!

Charming and well-located.

We very much enjoyed our stay. I loved the view from our room and the charm of the A-framed loft. You have to be able to go up and down stairs for the bathroom, but that was overridden by the great location and free available parking. Kevin was an awesome host and took care of any needs I had right away.

A restful waterfront cabin

This is just what I needed for a short return to my former home of NY. A wood frame beach cottage welcomed me and gave me the privacy and rest I needed. This is not for guests with mobility issues- the stairs would be an issue. Great connectivity so I was able to work remotely. The landscaping was so beautiful and there were lovely areas outside for morning coffee, reading or to watch the boats go by. Loved it!

Perfect Little Sanctuary

We moved from the area a few months ago and returned for a wedding. The location was perfect for us bc it kept us close to all of our friends. The loft was very cozy, clean and comfortable. Just be aware that the bathroom is on the ground floor, stairs lead you up to the loft where there’s an absolutely comfortable queen size bed, tv, microwave, mini refrigerator and a keurig coffee maker. There are 2 coffee cup and service for 4 in plates and utensils. Brian and Kevin were available any time if we needed anything.

Great place to stay!

Although the accommodations were close to our hosts, we had a very private experience and enjoyed our unique space. The time of year prevented us from thoroughly enjoying all the outdoor benefits, but we could see the possibilities. Definitely lots to do in the area. We have family in the area and would definitely consider staying here again.

Sweet loft in Seaford

This is an excellent little space with just what you need for a trip- a mini fridge and coffee maker and microwave, a comfy bed, a couple easy chairs, a nice shower (great water pressure!) and a picturesque view. While technically in Massapequa, you're closest to the Seaford main street area, about a 15 minute walk away, with a Stop&Shop, a nice Italian Ice place, and restaurants. Unfortunately, the neighborhood had multiple "thin blue line" and even "don't tread on me" flags flying, and no counterpoints, so it's probably not the safest neighborhood for POC. There's also no public transit to speak of, outside the LIRR, so if you plan to explore you'll need a car.

The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and the deck along the canal is amazing. Beautiful setting in a peaceful neighborhood. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Only suggestion would be to put a handrail on the stairs. Late night bathroom run would be easier. 🙂 I definitely will stay here again. Loved it!!

We enjoyed our stay. The loft was very clean and equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave and little refrigerator. Maybe the stairway could have a railing and the shower door needed adjusting since we couldn’t close it. We would definitely recommend this place.

Kevin and Brian were the most amenable hosts! I was moving out of my house and staying in the loft while looking for permanent housing. They were so flexible and very quick to respond to my every need. I wish I could give more than five stars.

Serene waterfront retreat

Kevin and Brian's loft was perfect for a staycation away from the city. The space is beautifully designed and located right on a canal. They provide everything you would need; the loft is equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, Keurig with pods and creamer, glasses and utensils. The bed felt like a hotel bed, the massage showerhead had perfect water pressure, and the large TV with soundbar provided access to all streaming services. The highlight for us was having a glass of wine at sunset and eating breakfast on the back deck overlooking the water. Jones Beach was also only a 15 minute drive away. Brian and Kevin were quick to respond to any questions and were very accommodating when we had to shift the dates of our stay just days before. Check-in was a breeze with the keypad lock and clearly outlined instructions in an e-mail that they send prior to arrival. Will definitely return!

Room with a view

Great property in a great location. My wife and I stayed in the loft above the garage for a week while visiting friends in LB. The ride to the beach was easy and when we arrived back at the property everything we needed was there...including a nice deck on the canal. Would definitely stay here again.
