Beautiful 2-bedroom townhouse

Great location with quick access to the Northway, walking and biking trails, Saratoga Lake, Brown's Beach, Global Foundries, SPAC, downtown Saratoga, the Saratoga Racetrack & more.

The space
Guest will have full access to the home including washer & dryer, smart tv with Netflix, free high speed internet & much more. Towels, linens, blankets and starter supplies included (k cups, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper).

Townhouse has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, keurig, microwave , toaster, blender, plates/bowls, pots/pans, cups & silverware. All furniture is brand new. The living room has a comfortable queen sleeper couch & each bedroom has a brand new queen bed along with brand new dressers.

We would also like to note that this is a 100% smoke free home. Should you need to smoke, please do so outside/off of the porch and kindly dispose of cigarettes in an appropriate manner.

We kindly ask that there are no parties at our home.

Townhouse has its own driveway that provides 2 parking spaces (this is a shared driveway with the adjoining townhouse. Parking in driveway is in front of our townhouse only) as well as an attached 1 car garage & off street parking.

Exactly what we wanted and more!

This property was explained well and was exactly as advertised. The owner is wonderful and communicated to me in a more than timely manner. We loved that we could log in to our TV apps so we could watch what we wanted. Most hotels don't have the TV capabilities that there is at this property. The patio and view is so nice. We had coffee and cocktails on it many times during our visit. Everything is spotless. The neighborhood is safe and a place to take a walk if inclined to do so. Loved that I could do laundry. Definitely a great price for a wonderful place to stay. Thank you so much! 5 stars for sure!!

Decor in the property was warm and peaceful! Everything we needed was available! We will be back again!!! It’s close to so many events including the horse racing track! We were attending the Freihofer's Jazz Fest and was conveniently located.

Surpassed our Expectations

The condo was very clean and even cuter than the pictures. It had all the comforts of home. The host stocked the kitchen with essentials and provided excellent local eatery recommendations in the guidebook. The beds were comfortable and my teen was thrilled to find a pull out couch, which meant not having to share a room with his younger brother! Located 15 minutes from downtown Saratoga Springs and 5 minutes to the lake, this place was perfect for our weekend getaway. The area was a peaceful little complex. The host was very friendly and check-in was easy and seamless. Would definitely stay again.

Locayion was convenient. Condo was extremely clean. Just don't accidentally show up an hour early after three hours on the road. You will get a very curt message from the owner.

Great property

My family and I (9month old, 15 yr old and wife) spent 8 nights at this property while visiting my family this July (23’). Upon arrival the home smelled very nice and was very clean. The AC was on and the home was a nice temperature which was great after a long, hot drive from Boston airport. This is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath cozy townhome located in a great older wooded neighborhood with bike paths and trails all around. The neighbor was very friendly which was nice. It’s very conveniently located less than 3 minutes to I-87 and Route 9 (both north/south highways) in the Town of Malta. Malta has everything you need from decent pizza, pubs, diner, beverage center, fast food, pharmacy, hardware store and a very large grocery store. The furniture in the home included 2 very comfy swivel chairs and a comfy large couch. The beds were also very comfy along with all the linens, including bath towels (who knew threshold “target” towels were so plush!). The fridge is a basic model so you’ll want to buy a bag of ice if you like to have ice with your drinks. The kitchen is stocked with most of the basics but be sure to ask the owner about any specific items you may need for your stay. The washer and dryer are large and a bit older but worked well for our needs. Overall we were very pleased with our stay here and it was one of the most comfy rental properties we’ve stayed in in quite sometime.

Trish was a communicative host. We found her home clean, with a cute little back patio area. We may have misjudged the location a bit, but she was up front about the distance to our friend (who we were visiting).
