La Casita del JardĂn is a small studio of about 36 mÂČ, plus the outdoor porch. The bedroom, with two beds, is located on a slightly lower level of the ground floor (4 steps) and includes a wardrobe and a traditional cedar chest.
On the main level, there is a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a dining table and a small side cabinet. You will also find a bathroom with a small bathtub and, just outside it, two individual armchairs that create a cozy little sitting area.
At the entrance of the apartment, there is a porch with a table for two and a handmade Adirondack chair. In front of the porch, a private garden with about 50 mÂČ of lawn offers a perfect space to relax outdoors.
Access to the Casita del JardĂn is completely independent from the Casa Grande. It is reached through an exterior door of the property that leads directly to the garden and then to the Casitaâs private porch.
