Ultimate Summer Vacation Home

Location – Mar Vista neighborhood on the west side of Los Angeles adjacent to Santa Monica and Venice Beach and close to Culver City. The house is situated near the 405 and 10 freeways making the rest of Los Angeles very accessible. The beach is 3 miles away and there is a Wholefoods and Starbucks a short walk away.

Bedrooms – Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and direct access to the backyard via large sliding doors. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, huge bathtub and two sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed with an en suite ¾ bathroom and a view of the pool. The third bedroom has bunkbeds (full size on the bottom and twin at the top) and a full bathroom across the hall. There is also a sofa bed in the office.

Backyard – Lush, secluded backyard with large, heated salt-water pool (deep enough to dive in) accessed through large sliding doors. Comfy outdoor furniture plus table and chairs for outdoor dining. Weber grill and moveable firepit for making smores on warm summer evenings. Plenty of space for kids to play. We would continue to cover the cost of the pool guy and gardener who come on a weekly basis.

Office/Gym – Standing desk for working from home. Treadmill and rowing machine for working out from home. Sofa bed to lie down on when it’s all too much.

Kitchen – Large chef’s kitchen with 6 burner stove, massive fridge/freezer, separate wine fridge and all the appliances.

Parking – Detached garage for one car and plenty of street parking out front.

Amenities – 2 TVs in the house with all the video packages (AT&T TV, Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Disney+, Prime Video) and high-speed internet. Sonos speakers throughout the house and one for outdoors. Washer and dryer of course. Air conditioning. Filtered water throughout the house.
