Gorgeous newer 2 story house in friendly neighborhood w salt water hot tub

Gorgeous new construction with fresh interior paint with super cozy beds in a great location with nearby restaurants and shopping. Sleeps 8. This is a pet friendly house . 9 foot ceilings on first floor add to the spacious feeling in this house.
You won’t find another rental with a
85” 8k HD TV with a high end surround sound system above the gas fireplace in the main living room with a 15’ vaulted ceilings and I have spectrum redzone for those NFL lovers! NO PARTIES!!!!
Watch the cardinal couple feed right outside the window in the main living room.
The beautiful Norway spruce trees harbor birds and bunnies year round.
All the bedrooms have high end new beds and mattresses and flat screen TVs.
HD state of the art TVs are in every bedroom, the game room, and the main living room. A total of 6 flatscreen TVs throughout the house.
The entire interior of house was recently freshly painted. many stores and restaurants are five minutes away including longhorn, steakhouse, Texas, roadhouse, Olive Garden, Wegmans, grocery store, chilies, five guys, McDonald’s, Burger King, Chick-fil-A, etc.

We came to the area from Alabama to move out daughter into Syracuse University. The house was way bigger than we needed. It’s a true 4 bedroom home with ole of space and entertainment in all rooms. I stayed by myself one night and felt completely safe in the neighborhood. Would recommend to a couple or a family.

Beautiful Long weekend or more Home

Absolutely beautiful from the moment you pull into the driveway to walking through the front door. Very clean. Bedrooms are beautiful. Also very clean. House has more than enough room for 5 Adults and one child. Beautiful playground in walking distance from the property. I loved from the main living room you can watch the birds, squirrels, and bunnies. Sorry John I’m terrible with messages through the app and didn’t see that we can give them treats 😅 Also 20 mins from the property is Onondaga Lake (Wegmans Landing) they have a big playground for the kids, walking paths and beautiful views of the lake. If you ever plan to visit Syracuse and you want a place that’s beautiful and accommodating, this is the property for you! John was very accommodating, you can call him 24/7 for any questions you have when you are there. Everything was perfect. When we visit Syracuse again I’ll definitely book with John and his beautiful home again. Thank you so much again!

Our family has stayed in many VRBO homes over the past 15 years and been pleased with all of them. This home had so much potential but it had some fatal flaws. The home is spacious and in a nice neighborhood. It has some nice features such as the dining room and TV/fireplace room. However, this home is currently lived in by a smoker. The tobacco smoke smell is not well hidden although the home also reeks of Gain scented sprays. The olfactory overwhelm almost immediately gave me a headache. The home is grimy and not professionally cleaned prior to our arrival. There was shaving cream residue in the master sink, small/threadbare towels, and a shower that has a minimal water flow. In the kitchen, the sink and fridge doors/handles are grimy to the touch. The dishwasher was loaded and running when we arrived. I was uncomfortable for the duration of our stay as I never felt that I could trust that any surface would be clean. The home has about twice as much 'decor' as any home might need and it was a cluttered space. I cannot recommend staying here unless the smell situation and the cleanliness situation are resolved.

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful 6 days in this beautiful house. Our host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were provided with tea, coffee and condiments on arrival. Kitchen was well equipped and user friendly. TV's in every room with multiple streaming options. Beautiful hot-tub and outside area for relaxing. There was a storm which knocked out the circuit-breaker and our host was right there to fix it! He had many suggestions of places to visit as well. Absolutely loved it!

More than “JUST LIKE HOME” experience

Other than me not being able to use the garage due to a car and turnaround ( lawnmower ) in it and (beyond the owners control) of lightning and thunder happening as soon as we wanted to finally use the beautiful salt water hot tub I REALLY LOVED THIS PLACE!!!!! OMG & they don’t tell you of the awesome bed in the master bedroom that you can tilt your head and feet to really sleep comfortably! I’m 55 and I loved rolling in the spacious carpeted floors with my grandchild ( even though it was hard to get back up lol )! We watched the birds, squirrels, rabbits and chipmunks eat right in front of us, all we were missing was Bambi. I keep my house and in immaculate condition and just love cleanliness and “FEELING RIGHT AT HOME”!!! I will be renting again, just hoping my two dogs meet the weight limit considering as you get older (like me) you tend to pick up a few pounds 😂!! I 100% recommend this beautiful home! Such a quiet and peaceful neighborhood!!!!❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀ EVERYTHING AND MORE THAN I EXPECTED!!! Thank you!!!!

Loved the location and access to route 31/route 57. It’s a safe, quiet neighborhood. House was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Had issues with cleanliness but owner understood and tried to make it right. Awareness purposes someone does live there, we weren’t expecting full food in the frig, closets with their stuff etc.

Great host, great house, great stay

My family and I stayed at John’s house while visiting family and it was as close to perfect as possible. Up front, communication was great and check in were a breeze. The house was very clean and incredibly comfortable. The amenities available are fantastic from the large screen tvs to the salt water hot tub. Overall, when staying in Syracuse I cannot recommend this home enough.

This property suited our needs as a place we could stay and gather as 5 siblings and spouses met from 4 time zones to attend a family memorial service and then look at family history in the area. Only 3 couples stayed here, but the owner was willing to let us all gather there for a couple meals together. We would go back. The home was clean and comfortable.
