Washing machine and tumble dryer for both flats are in an adjoining room. The cosy atmosphere is complemented by heating with a heat pump in the living room and direct electric heating in the WC.

The outdoor area invites you to linger with a garden chimney, a table tennis table, a sunbathing lawn, a sandpit and a Hollywood swing. Each flat has its own seating area, inviting you to relax in the idyllic surroundings. This area is ideal for families to enjoy time together in the great outdoors.
