The space and the floor plan are generous and convincing. The flat has two balconies and a seating area with garden 'three wet rooms' a cosy Swedish stove in the living area, its own washing tower as well as a separate cellar and a garage box with parking space.

The living space is distributed over 3 floors. On the ground floor, a built-in wardrobe welcomes you with enough storage space to get you started. A practical wet room with WC and washbasin as well as the washing tower are located in the same place. The living and dining area opens up to the south. A bright and attractive room with many windows. The Swedish stove provides a touch of cosiness in the colder months and the private seating area invites you to linger in the warmer months of the year.
