River Bend Cottage is a waterfront home nestled in the southern portion of the Adirondacks. Experience true relaxation however you want to; enjoy the cottage for its amenities and Hudson River views, or take advantage of the central location and visit Lake George, Saratoga, or any of the nearby ski slopes. No matter the season, River Bend offers accessibility to the best of the Adirondacks year-round.

River Bend Cottage has two bedrooms, one full bath, washer/dryer and an open loft and living area. The main living area is spacious, open-concept and overlooks the beautiful Hudson River.

The large outdoor patio is perfect for gathering and serving up meals on the picnic table. Adirondack chairs surround a fire pit for cozy evenings. Down the outdoor stairs and across the road, you’ll find a large riverfront deck to enjoy during the summer months. Spend the mornings fishing, the afternoons swimming and the evenings watching the sunset over the mountains.

River Bend has a full kitchen including a full-sized refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, tea pot, Keurig, French Press and toaster. The kitchen area is fully stocked with basic cooking utensils and plenty of storage. The living area has a 43” smart TV and board games for your enjoyment.

The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, smart television and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed and ceiling fan. The loft area is open to the living room below and offers bonus space for extra guests with a full-sized bed (please note that the loft area is only accessible by a wooden ladder and should only be used by guests that are able and comfortable with heights and climbing the ladder on their own). The full sized bath has a shower/tub and shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.

The washer and dryer are located in the unfinished basement and accessible from the outside of the home, from the driveway.

Guests have full control of the temperature through a smart thermostat to ensure a comfortable stay.

Guests do not have access to the shed onsite, and a portion of the basement.

Smart TV’s in the bedroom and living area will require you to use your personal streaming accounts. Netflix, Hulu & Amazon Prime (and more!) are installed and ready for use.

There is one outdoor security camera at the property. It only covers the driveway area and records video and audio. It is used security purposes only.
