Featuring a Brand New Central A/C System and an open floor plan with an expansive private lanai which overlooks the manicured grounds of the resort. Open the wall of doors and enjoy Maui living at its best! While on the lanai, enjoy a cup of Maui grown coffee while you take in the sights, smells and sounds of paradise. In the evenings, you'll be privy to epic sunsets whether you opt to dine in or out! Speaking of dining, the updated gourmet kitchen has everything you need to cook all your meals and features granite countertops, full size stainless steel appliances and beautiful cabinetry.

​​​​​​​The dual master bedrooms are a lavish arrangement for traveling couples. This villa offers a Queen size sofa bed in the living area for extra guests. No detail was overlooked! Both master bedrooms feature their own lanai access, have King size beds, luxurious furnishings, and are ensuite. Both ensuite bathrooms are nicely updated with dual sinks and showers with exquisite details. The tropical living room is sleek and cool, a great place to hang out and entertain, and a 3rd bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Whether you are two couples or a family of many, this condo is the perfect set up to ensure relaxation, privacy and an incredible Maui experience!

**Temporary Closure of Beach Stairway: Please be advised that the stairway leading from the Bay Villas (Bldg 21) down to Oneloa Beach will be closed from November 17th, 2025 through December 19th, 2025.

The existing rail system will be demolished and replaced, and the work will involve jackhammering of concrete and metal cutting, which will result in elevated noise levels in the area. The buildings most affected by this work will be buildings 20 and 21. During this time, guests can access the beach via the beach trail which starts on the ocean side of Building 36.

While the Bay Villas are nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, you are still conveniently located near restaurants and beaches. The resort does not have elevators and most locations have a staircase going up or down to the front door. Enjoy stunning sunsets throughout the year at this oceanfront complex that also offers 2 tennis courts, 3 different pools, and BBQ areas. This property is located near restaurants, two world-class golf courses, the Golf Shop, the Tennis Shop, hiking trails, shopping, and beautiful beaches including Oneloa Bay and Kapalua Bay. There are no parking or additional resort fees.

Nice value for location

Kapalua Bay villas is a prime location and this unit was a good value. Our family of teens loved being able to zip out to the ocean and walk around the area. The only frustrating thing was that the WiFi kept going out and the cell service was really bad. We weren’t able to string together enough time to catch up on work/ homework which caused stress. (Not a problem if you really want to unwind!) The management service was an extreme waste of time and utterly unhelpful. I’m convinced I was just texting with ChatGPT.?

We enjoyed our stay at Kapalua Villa 33G4. Everything we needed was provided. We had some small issues in the beginning which were fixed quick. Even the TV in the second bedroom was repaired and worked after 1 week. It would have been nice if the blinds in the master bedroom would have been there as shown in the pictures. All in all the interior is showing its age and needs a refresher.

Tori: Yes, we enjoyed Maui, but


We did not find out that the A/C wasn’t working properly until two days before our departure from home. The condo was thus misrepresented in the ads on VRBO and it was too late for us to ask for another. Truth in advertising counts a lot. My Perfect Stays should have let us know that there was a backup air conditioner in the dining room that sounded like a train roaring through the condo and that prevented us from having peaceful conversations while eating. It also didn't do much cooling. The kitchen was always too hot and the living room wasn't much better. There was only one easy-to-operate television: the one in the master bedroom. The one in the other bedroom never worked at all and the living room tv worked only on Roku, which had mostly unavailable channels, so it was useless, too. Half the lamps in the condo were broken and did not work, but we got My Perfect Stays to repair them. The sidelights in the living room stopped working two nights before we left. The smoke alarm in the master bedroom went off for no reason at 4 am the first time, so Zak from My Perfect Stays replaced the batteries the next day. It went off again several nights later for no reason. A workman disabled it the next day. We were lucky to have Zak's help in solving the condo’s problems and he is to be commended for his pleasant attitude and willingness to turn up when something went wrong. The impossible sunken bathtubs are a real danger to human life, especially with their very slippery tiles. We used the third, smaller bathroom instead. There are ants and cockroaches in the condo and small black worms on the floors ALL the time. Someone, either you or My Perfect Stays, which I assume you're paying handsomely, should be taking care of the condo and making sure it's well maintained. It could then be a very nice place to stay. As it is, though, it's the worst Kapalua Bay Villa we've ever stayed in and we feel that we were cheated by the lack of transparency on the VRBO website and on the part of My Perfect Stays. Giving us a refund would be the right thing to do.

Kapalua villa

This was our second time at Kapalua Villas. Perfect location for beach, pool, snorkeling and boogie boarding. Kids had so much fun! The villa was remodeled with beautiful bathrooms and great amenities. We love it!
