At Hemingway House 14, guests donât just visitâthey experience.
Immediately inform the host if something is broken or malfunctioning.
- No third-party booking is allowed.
- Occupancy Limits: There cannot be more than eight people on the property at any time. Failure to abide by this rule will result in the removal of all guests without a refund.
- No smoking inside or outside of the property.
- To respect the tranquility of our neighborhood, parties and loud gatherings are not allowed on the premises.
- Pet policy: unless you use a service dog, with proof of such service, pets are not allowed on the property.
- To maintain a clean home, we highly recommend that you remove your shoes upon entry.
- Quiet hours are between 10pm to 8 am
- Please lock all doors before leaving the property.
- No local booking is allowed.
- By alerting me that something does not meet your standards, you authorize us/my staff to enter the house and fix the problem.
- All guest will be checked in by the host on or, before 2pm. Additional arrangements can be arranged for your convenience.
- Kitchen use: Your stay is a self-catering stay and as such, please feel free to use the kitchen facilities, but kindly clean up after use.
- Garbage disposal: a garbage can is provided outside, please dispose of garbage in this designated bin.
- Appliances use: For your convenience the kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliance you will need, please ensure that all appliances and utilities are used properly and turned off when not in use.
- Security and keys: treat the property and its content with care and respect. Any missing or damage items may result in additional charges.
- Air-conditioning/heating/fans: Help conserve energy by turning off all fans and heating and air units when leaving the premises.
- Parking: for your convenience, please utilize the parking garage on the premises for your vehicle.
- Pool and outside: if you have young children, please keep an eye on them as our pool is 6 feet deep and does not have a gate.
- A pool disclosure must be signed if any minor
children will be staying on the property.
Charges:
The following fees will be assessed for not adhering to our house rules:
Smoking: $200
Lost Gate Remote: $50.00
Damage to property: Host will assess, and a quote will be provided.
Broken Equipment: Host will assess, and quote will be provided.
Retaliation clause: You agree that you are booking in good-will with your host and you will not attempt to damage your hostâs business because you are unhappy with the ruling by Airbnb or the host (in the event of an unsatisfying ruling.)
